- Account data: name, email address, phone number, postcode, address.
- Quote data: job details, location information, and any files or images you upload.
- App data: device push notification token and notification delivery records.
- Session data: cookies and session information required for authentication.
3. How we use your data
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To process repair quote requests.
- To communicate important updates and notifications.
- To maintain security and prevent abuse.
4. Push notifications
If you enable notifications, we store a device token to deliver notifications using Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Customer accounts can be deleted directly inside the app: Profile → Edit → Delete account.
- Personal profile data is removed or anonymized.
- Authentication and device tokens are deleted.
- Quote records may remain for operational purposes but are anonymized.
